Transforming a compact home into a spacious entertainer’s retreat.

A 1950s farmhouse reimagined for contemporary living. In collaboration with Corso Architecture, DSL Consulting, and BP Menzies, SMD Projects delivered a full renovation and extension that balances character with modern comforts.

A curved entryway creates flow between the hallway and new open-plan kitchen and living spaces, while custom stone vanities and hydronic heated polished concrete floors elevate both form and function.
