His journey began as a labourer, and he progressed organically, starting as an apprentice carpenter and eventually becoming a qualified carpenter. Working on prestigious high-end renovations in Melbourne's most affluent suburbs, Konrad honed his craft and developed an impeccable eye for detail.
Over the years, Konrad's expertise led him to take on roles of increasing responsibility within the industry. From a qualified carpenter, he transitioned to a leading hand, overseeing and coordinating projects with efficiency and precision. With his exceptional leadership skills, Konrad further advanced to become a site foreman and site manager, ensuring smooth operations and successful project outcomes.
